4. Subscriptions and Payments

5. Refund Policy

Each subscription plan has specific limitations on the number of requests per minute and per month. The Free Plan allows up to 20 requests per minute. Paid plans have higher limits. Access to historical data is restricted based on the selected plan.

Prohibited actions:

  • Using the API for scraping or bulk data extraction.
  • Transferring your API key to third parties.
  • Attempting to bypass API limits.
  • Automated usage that exceeds the agreed limits is prohibited.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of the account.

7. Data Accuracy and Disclaimer

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data provided by the API. The data is provided "as is," and you use it at your own risk. We are not liable for any financial loss, business decisions, or damages resulting from the use of the API.

8. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. No refunds or compensation will be provided for changes to functionality, API modifications, or service discontinuation.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities. Upon termination, your access to the API will be revoked, and any unused subscription fees will not be refunded.
