1. Definitions

  • "We", "Us", "Our": refers to FinanceFlowAPI and its owner.
  • "You", "User": refers to any individual or entity using the Service.
  • "API": refers to the application programming interface for accessing FinanceFlowAPI data.
  • "Subscription": refers to a paid access plan with defined usage limits.
  • "Free Plan": a limited, one-time trial subscription offered per user account.

2. Service Description

FinanceFlowAPI provides access to financial and market data through an API. Users may submit requests and receive financial data according to the limitations of their active subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your API key.

It is strictly prohibited to create multiple accounts to bypass the limitations of the Free Plan. Each user is entitled to activate the Free Plan only once. Any attempt to create additional accounts to regain access to the Free Plan will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer various paid subscription plans with specific limitations on data access and request volume. All payments must be made in advance. Subscriptions remain valid until:

  • The monthly request quota is exhausted.
  • The subscription period expires.

To continue using the Service after a plan ends, you must purchase a new subscription.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if less than 10% of your request quota has been used. You must request a refund within 24 hours of purchase by contacting [email protected]. No refunds will be granted if more than 10% of usage has occurred.
The Test Plan, priced at $5, is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Additionally, all prepaid subscriptions are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage level, duration, or dissatisfaction.
We recommend evaluating the API using the Test Plan before purchasing a full subscription.

6. API Usage and Restrictions

  • Each plan includes specific request limits per minute and per month.
  • Free Plan is limited to one-time use and cannot be reactivated.
  • It is prohibited to share, resell, or expose API keys to third parties.
  • Using the API for scraping, mass extraction, or data redistribution is forbidden.
  • Attempting to bypass request limits or impersonating another account is a violation.
  • Automated usage beyond plan limits without a business subscription is not allowed.
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse trial access is a direct violation of this section.
  • Any account found violating Section 6, including through circumvention methods like identity masking or re-registration, may be subject to permanent suspension without refund, and may be blacklisted from future access.

Violations of this section may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of all related accounts without refund.

7. Commercial Use Policy

All standard plans (Free and Premium) are intended strictly for personal or internal business use. Commercial usage such as integration into SaaS products, public dashboards, or client-facing applications requires a Business License.

We operate an advanced monitoring system to detect unauthorized commercial activity. If such activity is confirmed, access will be revoked immediately and no refunds will be issued.

8. Data Accuracy and Disclaimer

All data is provided "as is" and without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. You are solely responsible for how the data is used. We are not liable for financial or business outcomes resulting from the use of the API.

9. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Efforts will be made to notify users of significant changes. However, we are not responsible for the timeliness or availability of data feeds.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the Service. In such cases, access will be revoked and any unused subscription time or quota will not be refunded.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you in the last one (1) month. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using or inability to use the Service.

12. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. You will be notified of major changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Privacy

We process your personal data according to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data handling practices.

14. Intellectual Property

All content and data provided through the API is the property of FinanceFlowAPI or its third-party partners. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the data for permitted purposes. Resale or redistribution without consent is strictly prohibited.
