5. Refund Policy

6. API Usage and Restrictions
Each subscription plan has specific limits on the number of requests per minute and per month. For example, the Free Plan allows up to 20 requests per minute, while paid plans have higher limits. Access to historical data is restricted based on the selected plan.
Prohibited actions include:
- Using the API for scraping or bulk data extraction.
- Transferring your API key to third parties.
- Attempting to bypass API limits.
- Engaging in automated usage that exceeds agreed limits.
Violations may result in temporary suspension of your access, followed by permanent termination if the issue persists. You are responsible for any damages caused by your misuse of the API.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data provided by the API. The data is provided "as is," and you use it at your own risk. We are not liable for any financial loss, business decisions, or damages resulting from the use of the API.
