Terms of Service – FinanceFlowAPI

Company Information

FinanceFlowAPI is operated by a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine.

1. Definitions

• "We", "Us", "Our": refers to FinanceFlowAPI and its owner.
• "You", "User": refers to any individual or entity using the Service.
• "API": refers to the application programming interface for accessing FinanceFlowAPI data.
• "Subscription": refers to a paid access plan with defined usage limits.
• "Test Plan": a limited, one-time trial subscription offered per user account for a fee of $5.

2. Service Description

FinanceFlowAPI provides access to financial and market data through an API. Users may submit requests and receive financial data according to the limitations of their active subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your API key.

It is strictly prohibited to create multiple accounts. Each user is entitled to only one account. Any attempt to create additional accounts will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer various paid subscription plans with specific limitations on data access and request volume. All payments must be made in advance. Subscriptions remain valid until:

• The monthly request quota is exhausted.
• The subscription period expires.

To continue using the Service after a plan ends, you must purchase a new subscription.

5. Refund Policy

General Principle. All sales are considered final. Refunds are not guaranteed and may be issued solely at the discretion of FinanceFlowAPI as a limited exception to our general no-refund policy.

Eligibility for a Refund Request. You may submit a request for a potential refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

1. Less than 10% of your purchased request quota, as measured by our internal usage tracking systems, has been used; and
2. The refund request is submitted via email to [email protected] within 24 hours of the original purchase.

We reserve the right to deny any refund request if more than 10% of the usage quota has been consumed.

Test Plan Exception. The Test Plan (priced at $5) is strictly non-refundable. A refund may be considered only in the event of a verifiable and extended technical failure on our side that rendered the Service completely inaccessible for a significant portion of the plan’s validity period. The determination of such failure and the decision to issue a refund shall be made solely by FinanceFlowAPI and shall be final.

Prepaid Subscriptions. All prepaid subscription plans (including but not limited to monthly and annual plans) are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to partial usage, unused time, change of mind, dissatisfaction with the Service, or unmet expectations.

No Obligation to Refund. Meeting the eligibility criteria described above does not automatically entitle you to a refund. It only grants the right to submit a request for our review. The final decision to approve or deny any refund request rests solely with FinanceFlowAPI.

Recommendation. We strongly recommend thoroughly evaluating the Service using the Test Plan before committing to any paid subscription plan.

6. API Usage and Restrictions

• Each subscription plan includes specific request limits per minute and per month, as defined in the corresponding plan details.
• API keys are strictly personal and must not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or exposed to third parties.
• Using the API for scraping, bulk or mass data extraction, systematic downloading, dataset mirroring, or data redistribution is strictly prohibited under all standard plans, including Testing, Standard, and Premium.
• Attempting to bypass request limits, pagination safeguards, access controls, or impersonating another user or account constitutes a material violation of these Terms.
• Automated or high-volume usage intended to replicate, locally store, or reconstruct significant portions of the database is not permitted without a separate Business or Enterprise agreement.
• Bulk data access, historical dataset delivery, or large-scale data integration may only be permitted under an explicit written Business agreement, subject to custom pricing and additional contractual terms.
• Any account found violating this Section 6 — including through circumvention methods such as identity masking, proxy rotation, multiple account registration, or re-registration after termination — may be permanently suspended without refund and blacklisted from future access.

Violations of this section may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of all related accounts without prior notice or refund.

7. Commercial Use Policy

All standard plans are intended strictly for personal or internal business use. Commercial usage such as integration into SaaS products, public dashboards, or client-facing applications requires a Business License.

We operate an advanced monitoring system to detect unauthorized commercial activity. If such activity is confirmed, access will be revoked immediately and no refunds will be issued.

8. Data Accuracy and Disclaimer

All data is provided "as is" and without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. You are solely responsible for how the data is used. We are not liable for financial or business outcomes resulting from the use of the API.

9. Service Level Agreement

Our service commitments, uptime guarantees, and compensation procedures are detailed in our separate Service Level Agreement (SLA), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Efforts will be made to notify users of significant changes. However, we are not responsible for the timeliness or availability of data feeds.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the Service. In such cases, access will be revoked and any unused subscription time or quota will not be refunded.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you in the last one (1) month. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using or inability to use the Service. Detailed service level commitments and compensation procedures are outlined in our separate Service Level Agreement (SLA).

13. Privacy and Data Security

We collect and store only your name and email address for account purposes. We do not collect or store confidential customer data. Our servers are located in secure data centers with appropriate security measures.

14. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. You will be notified of major changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.

16. Intellectual Property

All content and data provided through the API is the property of FinanceFlowAPI or its third-party partners. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the data for permitted purposes. Resale or redistribution without consent is strictly prohibited.
