Welcome to FinanceFlowAPI! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of financeflowapi.com and its API services ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

1. Definitions

  • "We," "us," "our" – refers to FinanceFlowAPI and its owner.
  • "You," "user" – refers to any individual or entity using the Service.
  • "API" – refers to the FinanceFlowAPI application programming interface.
  • "Subscription" – refers to a paid access plan with defined limits.
  • "Free Plan" – refers to the free-tier subscription with restricted access.

2. Service Description

FinanceFlowAPI provides access to financial data via an API. Users can make requests to retrieve financial information based on their selected plan.

3. Account Registration

  • To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans & Payment

  • We offer different subscription plans with varying limits on requests and historical data access.
  • Payment is required upfront for paid plans.
  • Your subscription is valid until the earlier of:
    • The expiration of your monthly billing period, or
    • The depletion of your request limit.
  • Once your subscription expires or your request limit is reached, access will be revoked.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available only if you have used 10% or less of your request limit.
  • To request a refund, contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.
  • No refunds will be issued for exceeding the 10% usage threshold.

6. API Usage & Limitations

  • Each subscription has a defined request limit per minute and per month.
  • Rate limits: Free plans allow 20 requests per minute; paid plans have higher limits.
  • Data access: Some historical data is restricted based on your plan.
  • Prohibited actions:
    • You may not use the API for scraping or mass data extraction.
    • You may not share your API key with third parties.
    • You may not attempt to bypass API rate limits.
    • Any automated use beyond the agreed limits is prohibited.
  • Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

7. Data Accuracy & Disclaimer

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data provided by the API.
  • The data is provided as is, and you use it at your own risk.
  • We are not liable for any financial losses, business decisions, or damages resulting from your use of the API.

8. Changes to the Service

  • We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
  • No refunds or compensation will be provided for feature changes, API modifications, or service discontinuation.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • You attempt to abuse or manipulate the API limits.
  • We suspect fraudulent or malicious activity.
  • We decide to discontinue the Service.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.
